You're quoting Humms percentage of bad debts as a percent of volume compared to APT & ZIP's percentage of bad debts compared to their revenue.
I've seen you mention this a few times, so thought I'd mention it as there is a big difference in the two.
Without looking back into the financials I believe Humms bad debts as a percentage of revenue is around 30-35% or thereabouts which would be the correct figure to use.
