Hey mate, no concern from me. This happens all the time, much more common than you'd think. Identity theft is big these days.
The company cannot prevent identity theft, that is the police's job. Humm offers a service in accordance with relevant legislation and regulations. There will be cases where a criminal steals ones identity and opens a Bundll or Humm account under that stolen identity. Much the same way there are cases where that happens regularly with banks and credit cards etc.
If anything the authorities need to put more effort in cracking down on the criminals, and people need to learn how to properly protect their identity, before a criminal can steal their identity and use it to.purchase goods.
