This is a crazy dispute. Both companies need each other badly.
The project in question provides SMY with much needed reserves and where is THX going to get its ore processed if not with the nearby SMY plant. Maybe its just two opposite numbers who can't get on. Or is there really more to this than we know about?
As you say the only real beneficiaries are the legal fraternity.
