I had a look at the THX letter, Not much in it really. Looking at the cross-section provided, it looks like Copernicus North would not be economic at those grades. And it is does not appear drilled enough to be indicated resources for an u/g deposit which are required at minimum for a feasibility. This to me implies only the Copernicus deposit would have been the subject of the feasibility.
I am only hypothesizing.
Again it comes down to what is in the orginal agreement.
I cant imagine SMY walking away with zilch which is what THX are proposing.....?
My money still on SMY.
