    My money is on SMY on this --DIFFERENCE OF OPINION--as past performances lend me to think that admin. is pretty careful with dotting the i's and crossing the T's. I'm surprised THUNDALARA would let this situation arise . GOOD LUCK TO BOTH!!!!!!!!!!! i think both would be winners if they reach a suitable compromise sooner rather than later.
