In the last 8 days, Bunker Bay Beach in WA has been closed twice due to shark sightings !
From what I can tell, SP3 has Shark Warning Systems not too far away at Gracetown and Margaret River
Some of the updates from Surf Life Saving WA regarding the sightings and closure of the beaches are below. I note they also had multiple shark sightings at neighbouring beaches and closed them also, such as Meelup Beach
IMO putting one of these Shark Warning Systems of every patrolled and surfed beach in WA and linking up with Surf Life Saving WA is a no brainer !
This should of stuff should make lobbying the WA government a no brainer !
