good post as price and stock synergies would have been a priority for this deal. Imp and metric...didnt think of that but Im sure bigwigs have. My concern is that Woolies are doing to hardware what Wes are trying to do with Coles...play catchup and hurt opposition at any cost. But at what cost to shareholders value??
