zero - also off topic. I needed to buy some NZ dollars cash. I went into Melbourne city branch and a lady at the door directed me to two ATMS that dispensed foreign currency. I put in my debit card and the transaction was a quick as a standard withdrawal. I had my passport etc but no paperwork or human involved. I made the same comment to the lady - "great service but methinks that used to be a job" and she agreed.
