    Hi Justin

    It is a bit optimistic to expect the Commonwealth to over ride the decisions of the NT Government in respect of a matter that is accepted as being within the competence of the NTG. It has only ever happened once and that was assisted suicide legislation in 1997 and there has been hell to pay ever since.
