Thanks for a very comprehensive post. Ignoring the current GDA sp,GDA needs to demonstrate the quality of its mining tenements to the market through posting of any promising results or developments as they occur, if it is to secure continuing support from the market. The company should be talking predominently about its exploration prospects with less focus on the consolidation. As you have indicated if the company can outline a promising strategy and outcomes through its new management team prior to the consolidation vote then the consolidation will probably be a successful formality. If the consolidation proposal takes place in conjunction with an atmoshere of GDA negativity and declining sp, then what should occur as a posityive for the company may become a negative. So, lets hope for good news from GDA in the near future.(IMO,DYOR).
