re: no sellers at all They have loyalty options to be issued on the basis of 1 for 2, the offer will be to all shareholders registered on the date approx 3 months after the shares commence trading on the ASX.Theses shareholders will be entitled to paticipate in a non-renouncable entitlement issue of Options on the basis of 1 option for every 2 shares held.
