Chris Burke, director of Securicom, along with Matthew Burke, also a director of Securicom, continue to post on the Microlatch web site misleading and deceptive statements with the pretence of informing his shareholders of which there are only 2 shareholders other than himself.
It begs the question, has Burke informed his own shareholders of his activities in any factual detail?
Since Burke’s postings we have been approached by are a number of other parties that are pursuing Burke for recovery of debt as well as other matters.
