I am afraid that if you are expecting 6% interest rate for the loan, you’ll almost certain be disappointed. Even home mortgage rates in oz are now 7% +. I guess 10% minimum. That’s why I hope finance delay a bit to take advantage of more cash flows from Sanbrado and hopefully fed rates come down a bit, as well as geopolitical sentiment improved.
