@silvahman quality move from management announcing this option to acquire, without having the funding required lined up to execute even the upfront payment.....
I was nearly going to buy in based on the potential of the project until i checked the cash balance vs funding required and no mention in the presentation as to how this will be funded....
Iam going to sit on the sidelines until the level of dilution is known...
