    My view is that Bermuda will not want a precedent established where minorities are successful. Bermuda will not want to dissuade (dodgy, underhanded) companies from incorporating there - bad for business. A forced compromise between Zijin and minorities will be the only outcome acceptable in that jurisdiction - jmt.
