they short WSA every few years from 5 - 2 - 5 -2 to now 2.50
But when WSA lost $150M in 2015 i am not surprised the price dropped away, now with rising cashflow and Nickle price breaking out to annual highs they should be making +$115M ($65M + $50M) free cashflow annually, and cash holdings increase to +$200M - $250M

So the dividend should triple like with FMG & increase to 6c per share by December.
