    Another step forward for TTR with the formal sale agreement signed today. We can all see now how complex these sale agreements can be.

    Some handy cash in hand plus shares and options and handing over environmental bonds. Lets hope the up and coming floats for ATW venture corp and Silverlake go well and the shares appreciate in price (4 month escrow).

    We can expect a huge increase the trading volume tomorrow. Full focus on Phillips River now.
