Worth a total of about $3.5 million plus EACH to TTR and EXT. $2 m cash and $1.5 m plus in shares and warrants (so may be worth more (or less) in future. Shares probably in escrow for 12 mths I guess and warrants expire in 3 years (excecisable at a 25% premium to share price at time of signing).

Neat deal with clear exit from Burnakura with no ongoing obligations.

I like the deal ($7 million plus total) - far better than fire sale price.
