Thanks for you feedback.
Do you think the $6 mil in advance payment will be something that happens across most contracts, if not do you think there will be a hole in an upcoming qaurterly?
Also is the 6 mil reflected in this report other then a mention, cash on hand isn't that high, will it make an apperance next time?
I look at the reports but am yet to be 100% confident in reading them correctly.
