I have a few burning questions that I have tried to ask the company, but never received a call or an email back.. I'm just wondering if anybody here can assist, or maybe even the requisitioners could put directly to the directors during one of their meetings..

- What is the current state of play with the Patent application that was lodged in November 2016?
- If it hasn't yet been granted, when do they expect it to be granted?
- Has it been declined? If so, why haven't we been communicated this?
- Are we still a SynRutile company? Obviously the deal with the Chinese man on holiday in France is dead in the water. If it ever existed. But what of the SynRutile plant and technology?
- Have discussions progressed with all of these so called interested parties (if they exist) regarding the tenement in VIC? I seem to remember a JV being mentioned? Is this more spin?

appreciate any answers
