Interesting that we have no news or action from the directors who have extensive holdings and their futures dependent on progressing the fortunes of PCL. Perhaps they have a strategy in place and are marking time while lining up the ducks. This has been a lifetime commitment for them and they are not ones to bide time without a contingency in place. Could Cath Norman be interested in this to consolidate the Kenyan permits? It would make lots of sense as a parallel to Senegal if things don't work out as anticipated over there.
