Burning the sub underwriters

There was quite an overhang of shares from the last raising at 30c. These went to Morgans, the underwriter. I expect Morgans then passed them onto their sub underwriters who took the real risk.
The sub underwriters would have been gently selling down. At the current price of 22c they may just hit the stop loss and dump them.
