re: burns philp takes control The one thing that really got me Moebius about this takeover was that it wasn't geared for GMF shareholders to participate in BPC .
I would of preffered a scrip bid and some cash .

Maybe this will work in BPC's favour now they have taken over [almost] as the index or sector folowers will have to purchase BPC on market and hence drive the share price . Not a bad lurk me thinks .
