How do you think that BPC succeeding in getting control of GMF might affect BPC's share price? I initially thought that it would be a positive for BPC, but the credit agencies believe that BPC may have taken on too much debt risk. The market seemed to have punished BPC for that.

My feeling is that BPC price will stay down until they get the debt down. So might have to suffer for a year or so.

I also saw a suggestion that Hart will use the combined BPC/GMF as a takeover target for an even bigger organisation in USA.
