good opportunity to arbitrage even though transfer might take longer. worth the risk.
once the news of OMH factory re-starting in the next 1-2 weeks, likely to see another spike in price from Bursa. asx will have to follow, otherwise the gap can be 100%, it's ridiculous considering the shares are fungible and both exchanges can be freely accessible by any foreign investors (unlike the Chinese market)
