It won't be long and OM Sarawak will be producing and shipping again at record prices.
It was a featureless week in the Asian ferrosilicon market. Prices ranged from just above $1,900 per mt, mjp to slightly over $2,000. The ZCE’s September ferrosilicon contract fell rmb152 to rmb8,168 per mt on 288,066 changing hands. The exchange’s silicomanganese contract fell rmb206 to rmb7,388 per mt on 379,949 contracts.
