bursting at the seams to break-out

Guys,
I don't know much about graphs but looking at the SAR bolinger bands, this stock is bursting at the seams to break out. And after being battered down but holding course in headwinds now for so long, it can breakout in one direction only - UP UP UP.

An earlier poster incidently referred to another stock at almost similar Sp but if you compare the bolinger bands! - Well there is no comparison!.

Any event, hoping for good things to come.

Any thoughts from TA's on this?
