What is interesting is that the placement is being done by a new player (Deutsche Bank AG) not J P Morgan or Macquarie where the shorters may lie . So there will be new Clients introduced to Buru and not everyone will be able to get the stock. for the size of the issue ($100 million) , only 30 % is available after the large players and shareholders have taken their allotments. So those seeking stock will have access but not to the degree they require.
I personally think the price will be below the last trade ... we will see .
