Modula my comment on Instos was that the old ones were not being used for this placement which means the new Bank Deutsche Bank AG would be bringing in new Clients and those that had access to shares before ( maq and JPM) would find it hard to get shares to cover from this placement so going on market may be the only way to get stock,
