Just for clarification AVM was under 10c for a considerable period of time while war raged in the Congo. Similar to AGY, they were sitting on an extremely rich deposit (although copper at 6% and the size of the deposit was much much smaller than AGYs Ni deposit).
I bought at $0.045, $0.05, $0.067, $0.072, $0.09, $0.12, $0.32
After moving the primary listing to the TSX they had a 10 for 1 consolidation. They are now trading at an equilivant of $1.88.
At best then it's a 40 bagger, but it's the $0.12 ones I still hold, so it's only 15x.
AVM is a good comparison as both Geopolitical situations are very similar. Burundi is going through now what the DRC went through 3-4 years ago. The DRC situation has stabilised enormously.
