Hopefully people not a party to the lazy (at best) or unlawful (at worst) change of a 1% holding without disclosing it to the market within the proper time frames.
No way did someone at Burwill with compliance obligations not know it had sold A40 shares for 2-3 weeks - I don't buy it.
