Who knows, may the shell of the company might still be worth something due to massive accumulated tax losses that could be worth something to a raider but probably unlikely.

Edit: When I think about it I remember it wasn't a complete takeover as we still have our shares! So my above answer may not be the best suggestion.
After all that, I probably haven't been much help.
