To me he got let off lightly , as for the African scum bag youths in Melbourne who have ruined the good name of many Africans they should he deported -but that is a separate issue
Sure, I have no problem with his guilt, my problem is with the ludicrous sentence for what amounts to a careless accident. A decent fine and loss of license would be more appropriate. Not sure what jail time is going to accomplish.
