Of course there are underlying issues. Where aren't there any!?
And yes there are uncertainties. All this takes time to be discussed and solved. But I think by the time these things are solved the brave amongst us will have taken some amount of shrs at a low price on board.
I think this investment will pay out for longterm holders. Just don't go with the current opinion...
