jayinaussie, how could CNP settle with their debtors without them taking a significant hair cut? More importantly why would any of them agree to take a hair cut? They have CNP exactly where they want them and they have taken 15% already in lieu of fees. They are even sitting on a tidy profit. CNP will not fail it will just be a long time before shareholders are rewarded.
