Why does the Age continue to ‘protect’ the ‘poor’ Palestinians from the consequences of years of institutionalised hatred?

The title of The Age article “Americans die in Gaza convoy blast” assigns no blame. For all we know, the blast was accidental.

Only after three paragraphs do we find that yet another Palestinian terrorist splinter group has taken responsibility for the murders.

Maybe a more appropriate title would be “Palestinian Ambush Kills Americans”?
