We will just have to agree to disagree whether Cuba was better off under Castro. HC is a broad church and capable of accepting all views. I guess though you can tell the slaughtered Aboriginals that they were better off under the English, the millions of Vietnamese killed and injured and gassed by the US that they were better off under occupation by the Americans, the millions killed and injured in South America by American puppets that they were better off under them, and so on and so forth!!
