What a load of rubbish. It is called weather. Gets dry sometimes gets wet sometimes. Just a natural cycle of life. We bought water a few months ago because our tanks went dry. We have bought water before and we will probably buy water again in about 10 years. Only a first class idiot would call it global warming or climate change. Why don't you live for about 70 years plus before you get hysterical about a couple of weeks of dry weather - which is not unusual. Fought bush fires here before probably will again. IT is dry here, BUT it has been drier. If you are as young and naive as you sound, why don't you get off you keyboard and volunteer with the Rural Fire Brigade they would welcome you with open arms and you might get an education instead of making such profoundly stupid statements.
