Scott, I have been a farmer my whole life as were my parents and grandparents, I obviously know plenty of farmers. I have been through extreme droughts where I have shot and buried my livestock so I know the hardship and mental anguish of drought. I also know plenty of history that has been handed down and also recorded history so that there is really nothing new.
