George Bush is tonight supposed to ask the US House of Congress for an amount of $ for which to Free the People of IRAQ from its Dictator, or was that to eliminate the weapons of mass destruction!
The number that I have heard bandied about is approx US$130 Billion.
Anyone hearing other numbers, and how do you think the US markets will react to this.
Also what does a 1% change in the DOW mean in $ terms, just to put it into perspective!.
