With the price of most coal stocks improving and our shares languishing in BWN thanks to our disfuctional board, it's time to breath some fresh air into BWN with the new management team.
I guess there no second prize if Bushan get control of Bowen Energy, as it will be stripped of it's assets and we will get no benefit as shareholders. Alternatively the new management team offer a strategy to add value to our projects by actually completing the JORCing of the coal resource as originally promised.
There is no room for complacency. Tas and Wizard you have all the votes of my family and friends. Looking forward to hearing more about your business strategy.
I accept that we need a change of direction, as the Indians since coming on the board have driven the share price from 40c to 8c, have failed to complete the drilling to proove up a JORC resource as promised and seem to want to let the options expire that we all hold. Worst of all they have no strategy to add value to the company and even if they promised to do something who would believe them!!
Bushan are a bunch of losers, they have not even tried to run a company in a place like Australia in accordance with our corporate standards. They are about to learn a big lesson, keep the shareholders happy, or go back to India.
