    the recent bushfires in tasmania should have a positive effect on prices. not just the reduction of supply by over 130 homes taken out by the fires but the probable clampdown on rebuilding and general restrictions on treechangers moving into affected areas. as we know reduction in supply can only lead to skyrocketing prices for established properties.
