They will be replaced with more productive trees as far as being shiny and big with shade etc as now there is water and different species to replace them with .

The sandbank though may need a few government grants for studies on if they do capture more carbon or not ?

As now the environment has changed from one with perhaps little sustenance to one with huge rewards . Im sure if you live in that sand groper country you will see more green then perhaps there was ever before with large trees and all sorts of stuff which was once just a wind swept sand dune .

Long live the septic tank for ground water and filtration for such a long period of time perhaps?

Its not strange at all as have noticed this myself with urban development where once it was nothing to then thriving thinking where the hell did all these tall trees come from ?

Once wind protection ie buildings . Then constant water supply the cities have made a total mockery of our landscapes that they try dictate the leafy green suburb upon this wide open land .

It will require a think tank and quite some study time to flow into the inner city with a few research grants etc to even get such a mild observation off the ground that once upon a time they were sitting on barren ground useless to much more than a sea port for the rest of the country .
