When a bunch of shareholders come out with the line that they are proud to be toxic it indicates to me that the same ‘energy’ is deep in the company itself, and I think that alone is generally a fairly strong warning to stay away.

And although I truly believe the RCF retail price investment and the re-kindling of AVL board and management over the last 18 months leading up to the merger, and AVL achievements since bode well for AVL’s future, along with increasing awareness of and use of VFBs, it concerns me that there’s not just that heavy ‘underbelly’ of potentially hostile large holders to level out, there’s the problem of 8.6 billion shares, the tardy EPA approval and the fact that AVL is currently trading well under the 1.7c ‘safety’ threshold at which new investors might feel more confident about taking a punt.

    What’s next ?
Good news I hope - from any direction!
Meanwhile I’m glad I sold out of one of my portfolios several weeks back.

Cheers and best wishes to all those who are genuine and fair-minded around here.
