I was reading through some of that stuff yesterday von. The Darwin funding facility used by Bushveld is interesting, appears they issue shares around liquidity events (see OEX 15th July, same group).
Also appears Bushveld see Lemur as a subsidiary including their share of Lemur's cash on the Bushveld balance sheet.
Maybe there will be a cash takeover, a scrip takeover, use the cash to buy an asset or two for the group (possibly from director vendors), do nothing, delist, etc etc, lots of options.
In the meantime, Viljoen, Mojapelo & co involved with both underperforming companies which have both fell up to 90% since listing two or three years ago will continue to draw two wages and issue performance shares at hurdles well below cash backing.
A good trading stock imo, good luck with it.
