i get impatient reading unsubstantiated statements, that i reply to them as bluntly as i can. if my bluntness comes across as arrogance and being smart, then so be it.
but really it is you who have been arrogant and smart by always talking down telstra and denigrating telstra board when in fact you know nfc much less than telstra does.
look at your latest statement:

you must see yourself as the expert in nfc competitive pressure to be able and dare to declare that telstra is incompetent (but not proven yet). that is arrogance! and being smart!
