The most interesting thing Amanda spoke about commercialization of the residue on a number of occassions and even hinted potential buyers of the by product.
She even mentioned the by product has 2.5% NdPr which is higher than what most juniors are trying to find.
After listening to that presentation I tend to believe the residue will be sold.
