"The Australian explorer plans to price the shares in Karoon Petroleo & Gas SA on Nov. 10 at between $US603 and $US750 apiece for a listing on the BM&FBovespa Novo Mercado exchange, it said in today's filing. That would raise between $US621 million and $US773 million and value the unit at as much as $US2.4 billion."
