I disagree.
Much rather they bide their time and make a good acquisition rather than overpay and buy a low quality business.
The annual costs are neither here or there compared to market cap, plus DRR would have always been subsidising management costs while part of ILU, the cost now is probably lower in a standalone company.
Share price has tracked up nicely over the last few months.
