Axegun, I will answer your question as best I can!

"One good question is: why doesn't the Australian Army buy Metal Storm armaments?"

To put it simply, because they are not yet certified! it's as simple as that! that is the biggest reason but the Australian Government has said that they will not be buying metalstorm weapons unbtil the US does? so much for supporting Aussie industries, even when the weapons are certified, they will by that stage in my opinion be American owned? lock stock and barrel! well in this case stock and barrel! the US will be in full control by then, in my opinion, and Australia will just be buying the weapons from them, wacky do!!

Your analogy with Ventracor is a little misleading, what Ventracor had was good, ok, well it was great, but it wasn't the only left ventricle assist pump available, what ventracor had was only a one technology company, basically it was a third generation variation within that technology, metalstorm on the other hand has patents on many unique weapons that basically do things that no other company can do, it is verging on a paradigm shift in weapons technology that no other company can match, it is as simple as that!

I am growing tired of trying to convince some people who aren't willing to listen, so I'll cease posting on this, you make up your own minds, my mind is already made up on this and my money is in there already, time will either prove me wrong or right?
